Helping with your Real Estate Needs

425-282-8388

As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Dea

My skills in real estate span more than 27 years in various areas of the field. I am currently a broker out of John L. Scott’s Renton office, and I’m well versed in loans, all areas of the mortgage process, construction, remodeling, real estate investing and owning rental properties. In my life, I’ve also bought and sold many of my own personal residences so I know firsthand how my clients feel when they look to buy or sell.

I’m passionate about helping people through the real estate process so they can accomplish their goals and reach their dreams. I was drawn to this career because I wanted to make a difference in my clients’ lives and I’ve always had a keen interest in homes and homeownership. My clients appreciate my well-diversified skill set in real estate, as well as my honesty and dedication to their success and best interests.

When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, boating, volunteering to help others and spending time with family and friends. I like to partake in all kinds of outdoor activities in the amazing place we get to call home – the Pacific Northwest!

I’m also an active member of my local community – I love hosting neighborhood meet and greets, Easter egg hunts, emergency safety awareness parties and sledding get-togethers when there’s snow! I have played basketball for years and previously coached for basketball and other sports teams. Currently, I’m a volunteer basketball referee and I enjoy giving back this way.

Renton

Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Renton, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
